Responsibilities :

  • Provide full spectrum of general office administrative duties such as handling phone calls , greeting visitors, stationery ordering, pantry supplies and office maintenance.
  • Responsible for accounting duties including AR & AP tasks, bank transactions, vouchers and cheque preparation.
  • Assist to prepare monthly financial reports and related schedules.
  • Responsible for filing and documentation tasks.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

 Requirements :

  • DSE graduate with LCCI Level 2 or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in office administration and accounts.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is highly preferable.
  • Possess can do attitude, stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

  • 5.5-day work week (alternative Saturdays)
