  • 5 day work week

  • Flexible work hours/schedule

  • Minimum 10 days annual leave (increases based on every year of employment)

  • Responsible for the company day to day accounting and book keeping task.
  • Prepare monthly company financial report for management review.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate with external accountant for end of the year financial audit.
  • Handle staff recruitment cycle not limited to sourcing effective channels, advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records and medical claims, etc.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or similar discipline
  • Minimum of three years or more in accounting experience.
  • Proficient in QuickBook account system is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Good communication skills and a good understanding of English and Chinese is a must.
  • Applicant must have good motivation to take own initiative to complete and follow up on task required.
