We are a subsidiary of an international company with headquarter in Germany which providing quality facility management services. To cope with the development of our Hong Kong office, we are now inviting a high caliber professional to fill the following position.

Job Duties:
Receptionist and telephone enquiry Assist for office admin & clerical duties Assist for issuing cheque occasionally

Job Requirement:
Diploma or above with 1 year working experience in HR / Admin
Detail minded, initiative and good organization skills Able to communicate with all level of people Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese Will be transferred to permanent staff after 6 months if performance is good
