Our client is a fast growing investment firm with westernized culture. They are looking for a detail-minded, fast-paced, proactive and flexible candidate who has bright character and excellent language skills to join their company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Scheduling of meetings, conference calls, general calendar management and related logistics when required
  • Assist in travel arrangement
  • Preparation of complex meeting agenda
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation material
  • Expense submission
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Financial Institutions background is preferred
  • Fresh Grads are welcome
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Whilst being organized and meticulous, you would have good communication skills in order to be able to work independently as well as with team members
