Our client from an US financial group is looking for an Admin Assistant – Travel Planning to join in their Admin team to support their office services of events and meetings. He/she is responsible for full cycle planning and execution of those events both running inside and outside of the company.
Responsibilities
- Plan trip itineraries professionally and efficiently
- Manage end to end coordination of travel booking - flights and accommodation, coordinating day tours, transfers, and cruises.
- Assist management level of travel regulations and visas
- Oversee sourcing, site selection and research
- Budget management and post-event reporting and analysis
- Special projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years related experiences in corporate access, event management or administration support
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Detail minded and organize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Immediately available is an advantage
