Our client from an US financial group is looking for an Admin Assistant – Travel Planning to join in their Admin team to support their office services of events and meetings. He/she is responsible for full cycle planning and execution of those events both running inside and outside of the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan trip itineraries professionally and efficiently
  • Manage end to end coordination of travel booking - flights and accommodation, coordinating day tours, transfers, and cruises.
  • Assist management level of travel regulations and visas
  • Oversee sourcing, site selection and research
  • Budget management and post-event reporting and analysis
  • Special projects and process improvements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years related experiences in corporate access, event management or administration support
  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail minded and organize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Immediately available is an advantage
