Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries regarding all activities in insurance process such as general enquires, policy admin and claims
  • Report problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in any discipline; HKDSE are also welcome 
  • Hands-on experience in customer service
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Fresh Graduated are also welcome
