Job responsibilities:

  • Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training etc
  • Organize activities to improve company culture
  • Assist in general administrative duties
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures 
  • Work closely with headquarters on policy implementation.

Job requirements: 

  • Degree in related discipline
  • With one to three recruitment experience, headhunting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Familiar with recruitment process, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skill
