An exciting opportunity to join a listed pharmaceutical company with around 150 staff in their Hong Kong office. The Admin Manager will supervise the admin team to handle general office administration as well as to manage the catering and shuttle bus service.

Client Details

My client is a Hong Kong listed pharmaceutical company with offices across the global. Their goal is to improve the quality of life and by doing that they invest heavily on research and development. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Manager to join and support the HK business.

Description

  • Work closely with management team and the administration team to ensure smooth and efficient office operation
  • Supervise the administration team of 15 such as receptionist, admin officer, securities etc.
  • Review administration policy, work instructions and manuals to improve operational efficiency and streamline the workflow of administration process
  • Act as the point of contact to liaise with vendors for shuttle bus and catering service and to manage contractors on their performance
  • Provide full range of office administrative service such as office supplies sourcing and maintenance & repair
  • Responsible for large and small scale of relocations and renovations within the company
  • Maintain quality of service of Administration department to improve workplace area
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating company events, luncheons, meetings, activities or other admin projects

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from sizeable companies
  • Excellent command of communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, self-motivated and flexible
