An exciting opportunity to join a leading garment manufacturing firm with around 8000 employees across the globe. They are looking for an Admin Manager to join and oversees the HK and China office's admin operation.

My client is a long established manufacturer for numerous prestige brand labels throughout North America and Europe Theirmm HQ is in Hong Kong with factories in China, India, Cambodia etc. and around 8000 employees. They are looking for an Admin Manager to join in order to cope with their future development.

Description

  • To lead and coach the Administration Team (20 pax), both HK & PRC to effectively perform full spectrum of administrative services, purchasing functions and facility procurement management.
  • To be responsible for group insurance arrangement, vendor management, leasing, space planning, office renovation and relocation projects.
  • To formulate administration policies and procedures and monitor the implementation.
  • To monitor and enhance the performance of vendors to assure that all office services are provided with high quality, as well as safety and health programs throughout the group.
  • To monitor company functions and activities such as Christmas party, annual dinner, festival gifts to customers, Chinese New Year visit, etc.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties and manage ad-hoc assignment.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably in garment industry
  • Mature, well-organized, self-motivated & strong sense of responsibility
  • Multi-tasking, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Good Commend of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
