Description

The Admin Manager will have the following responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of administrative functions
  • Handle premises and office facilities management and equipment maintenance
  • Handle all licenses and insurance renewals plus any other significant office costs
  • Manage procurement, claims and expenses
  • Assist in renovation projects
  • Manage catering services and shuttle bus scheduling
  • Budgeting
  • Vendor management
  • Event organising like annual dinner, Christmas dinner

Profile

The effective Admin Manager should have the following requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5-10years administrative experience in managerial level or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sizable company is preferred
  • Industrial Village working experience will be an advantage
  • Strong and solid property facility management experience
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent team player
  • Clear thinking, able to work well under pressure with a positive attitude
