  • Provide administrative support to the Director in relations to daily business and personal agendas
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects when required



  • Form 7 or above with over 1 year working experience in office reception and/or administrative work
  • Mature and pleasant personality, self-initiative, willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferable
