Duties
  • Fully independent and responsible for human resources work, including: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and human resources information management, and other HR duties such as talent introduction plan and human resource report that match the company's development strategy.
  • Responsible for organizing, coordinating and arranging the personnel administration of all departments of the company, including: personnel file management, drafting of comprehensive company documents and preparation of meeting minutes, organization of team building activities and business reception.
  • Responsible for the management and implementation of various administrative tasks, such as equipment management, property management, inventory management, network management, etc.
  • Responsible for formulating and improving various administrative systems and processes, and responsible for promoting implementation;
  • Manage project and administrative work in Hong Kong and across China and Southeast Asia through collaboration with colleagues in other departments.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in administrative or human resources is preferred,
  • 3 years or above of work experience, 1 years or above of human resources, administrative work experience in the management level,
  • Excellent team leadership and organizational communication skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong labour legislation, company law
  • Have extensive experience in regulating company laws and regulations
  • Be able to complete the duties independently; Be proactive, Responsible, and mature
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and good English
