Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for full spectrum of human resources and office administration functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations performance, office procurement, equipment and facility management
  2. Handle employee disciplinary issues, work injury cases and labour dispute cases
  3. Review and formulate policies and procedures to meet the development of company
  4. Preparing monthly reports, statistics analysis, budget forecast for management review
  5. Lead the administrative support in company events, project and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements :

  1. Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management
  2. Minimum 5 years of solid and all-rounded administration and HR experience
  3. Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  4. Proactive, attention to details, good interpersonal and communications skills, able to work under tight schedule and result-driven environment
  5. Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  7. Immediate available is preferred.
