Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent front desk services to our guests;
  • Handle telephone calls and internal enquiries;
  • Manage mailroom and maintain mailing records;
  • Maintain and coordinate company shuttle schedules;
  • Coordinate and support company activities or meetings;
  • Support general administration duties including office procurement, maintenance, reporting etc;
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • F.7/DSE graduate or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience;
  • Capable in dealing with internal and external customers;
  • Strong customer service mindset;
  • Self-initiated, well-organized with strong sense of commitment and responsibility;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good command of spoken English and conversational Putonghua;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
