Responsibilities

  • Handles general office administration and facilities duties, Stockroom maintenance
  • Assist in order follow up, Purchase order, sales invoice, liaise with supplier, sub-contractors, and coordinate with both internal departments and external parties.
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcels
  • Procurement of office equipment, tools and office supplies
  • Assist in receptionist duty (answering calls, greeting guests, handling courier/mail)
  • ISO9001 & ISO 14001 System administration
  • Assist in company events, such as X’mas party, annual dinner, charity
  • Assists in ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • DSE or above
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Polite, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be welcomed
