Scope:

The Admin Assistant provides general office administration and clerical support for the branch, and delivers a welcoming and professional impression of the company to all visitors, customers and employees.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for general office administration support for all departments within the branch, i.e. mail handling, printed materials, phone switchboard handling, filing, data entry, record keeping, etc.
  • Coordinates office equipment maintenance and purchasing of supplies, including catering and kitchen supplies, and acts as contact for local vendors.
  • Helps to organize departmental and branch, meetings / trainings, including but not limited to travel arrangement, transportation, restaurant and hotel reservation and employee activities.

 

If you are: 

  • Certificate in Administration, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-year working experience in office administrative role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional communication behavior to internal and external contacts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Accurate, reliable, high level of confidentiality.
  • Flexible and multi-tasking.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
