Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office daily administration work including procurement and replenishment of office supplies and equipment maintenance, mail handling and courier arrangement etc.
  • Responsible for booking flights and hotel accommodations for senior staff.
  • Secretarial support to the Directors.
  • Maintain shops facilities in smooth operations.
  • Maintain sales staff roster file.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, outdoor work maybe required.
  • Assist in Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.

Requirements: 

  • Form 7 or above.
  • At least 3 years’ administration and relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
  • Mature, organized, detail-minded, and willing-to-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
