Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to Catering Sales and banquet service team for their day to day operation
  2. Handle incoming calls and answering enquiries in relation to Banquet from potential clients
  3. Provide administration support to F&B outlet managers with regards to causal labor request arrangement

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in hotel and catering management preferred
  2. Self-motivated, organized, attention to details and able to work independently
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  4. Computer skills in MS Office, Outlook. Knowledge in hotel’s sales operation system i.e. Fidelio/Delphi/Opera will be an asset.
  5. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
