The Administration Assistant is responsible to support facility management and related issues for the company, including renovation project and leasing affairs, respond to urgent maintenance request to maintain a committed service standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work as a coordinator to support all projects
  • Assist Assistant Officer to follow-up and monitor the progress of renovation projects to ensure everything on the right track
  • Assist in monitoring contractor’s performance to ensure the efficiency
  • Liaise with the Landlord on all leasing affairs
  • Liaise with user departments and contractors in daily operations
  • Prepare documents and monthly reports.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

  • DSE/ F.6 or above with at least 1-year related experience
  • Experience in renovation or property management would be definitely an advantage
  • Excellent PC knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Responsive, good time management and attention to details
  • Immediately available is preferred
