Responsibilities:
General reception duties such as handling incoming calls, fax, greeting guests, provide administration supports to internal office, ordering office supplies, office equip maintenance, data input & outdoor work (if required) & willing to work overtime.
Requirements:
-Form 5 or above with min. 1 year working experience
-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
-Good telephone manner, communication & inter-personal skill
-Computer literate, proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word/Powerpoint
