RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist HR & Admin Department to perform all-round administration duties, including but not limited to maintenance of equipment and facilities, office housekeeping, procurement of office supplies (i.e. stationeries, printed matters, pantry items etc.)
  • To source and deal with suppliers for quoting price, cost comparison and negotiation
  • To process document flow and maintain records for all office equipment and facilities
  • To co-ordinate routine repairing, maintenance & other improvement works
  • To help in organizing company activities (i.e. annual dinner, birthday party, Christmas party, etc.)
  • To assist general HR duties
  • To assist reception work if required
  • To perform other ad hoc projects as required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE level or diploma holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in handling office administration
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Detail-minded, outgoing, positive with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese/Chinese
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
