Administration Clerk (Kowloon Bay - 5-days Work)

Jobs Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration duties including office maintenance, order stationery, hotel and ticket booking and arrange office necessities and etc
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support such as filing, data entries, greeting clients and handling incoming calls
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Jobs Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in Secretarial Study or Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years solid experience or above in Trading Industry
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to learn, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
