About our Client

Our client is a sizeable MNC with over 6000 stores across the world. To support the steady growth of business in Asia, they are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their Admin Team as the Office Administration Executive who is responsible for the office administration duties and travel arrangement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Administration Manager, you will assist in the full spectrum of Office Admin duties including office renovation, repair and maintenance, stationery supplies, expenses claims and corporate gift arrangement, etc. Besides, you will coordinate and support meetings, prepare presentation materials, agenda, minutes and reports. In addition, you will be responsible for the travel arrangement for the senior executives for the business. Last but not least, you have to work closely with external vendors on various company events and regional projects.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years of hands-on Administrative and Office Management experience gained from sizeable companies or MNC. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and a good team player. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
