Administration Executive ( French Luxury Fashion Retail, Central, $16K x 13 months)

Salary (HKD) $15,000 - $17,000 / month 15000 17000 MONTH

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage office equipment, office utilities account renewals and Office stationery & supplies ordering
  • Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and events
  • Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings and plan refreshments
  • Submit Monthly Petty Cash report and timely reports
  • Paper processing, scanning and general filing (e.g. Payment records, Agreements, expense reports etc.)
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents, Documents exchange with HQ if needed

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in office administration
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Good command of Chinese and English, knowledge on French will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and ability to Handle Confidential Information
  • Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willing to show initiative, detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and independent
