Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Office Administration Services:

  • Provide office administration services in an efficient and effective manner to all departments;
  • Coordinate and maintain the office communication and IT systems; support enhancement activities for office systems and practices;
  • Maintain office facilities, supplies and equipment; support service contract review;
  • Provide value-added office services, help promote a safe work environment;
  • Organize and coordinate company functions and activities.

 

HR Services:

  • Perform leave and attendance management and prepare related reports;
  • Provide staff benefit services and engage in staff relations activities;
  • Perform staff on-boarding and exit administration;
  • Prepare staff circulars and announcement, maintain document and records.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level education, preferably possess a Degree, in relevant disciplines;
  • At least 4 years' hands-on experience in office and HR administration preferably in well-established companies;
  • Well versed with PC applications and Microsoft tools;
  • Meticulous and demonstrate self-initiation;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, and committed to deliver quality results;
  • Enjoy team work and dealing with internal customers;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
