  • Description

    • Performing HR role including recruitment, payroll, MPF, insurance etc
    • Providing daily administration duties to office
    • Keeping accounting record
    • Preparing budget and report analysis
    • Handling facilities-related issues, including insurance and rental agreements, office equipment, vehicle licenses
    • Filing Annual Return
    • Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned

      

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in related disciplines.
    • LCCI Intermediate level
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
    • Initiative, well organized, result-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills and a good sense of priorities.
    • Good communication of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
    • Reliable and able to handle confidential issues in a professional manner
    • Good at task management.
