We are a well-established construction company located near MTR Prince Edward Station and invite high calibrate applicants to fill the following post:



  • Ÿ To provide full range of administration and secretarial supports to Managers
  • Ÿ To provide full coordination of business-related activities with internal site administration teams
  • Ÿ Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required
  • Ÿ Act as internal auditor for ISO 9001 Quality System



  • Bachelor degree in Project Administration/Business Administration or equivalent
  • 4 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication, strong sense of responsibilities and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written & spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Holder of ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
