  • Handles and oversees the company’s office administration works
  • Provides administrative support to sales in customer’s enquiries, presentations, sales calls and report  
  • Prepares monthly accounts reports
  • Other operational works as required



  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience 
  • Basic understanding of business functions (e.g. Accounting, HR)
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint presentations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, preferably in business administration, management or related disciplines
