Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, managing & coordinating the calendar and prepare various reports, presentations for business review
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external department
  • Provide support to a full spectrum of office administration functions including facilities management, general administration, purchase and procurement and follow-up to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle travel arrangement for all staff including flight & hotel reservations
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  •  Degree holder on Business Administration or equivalent
  • Around 3 - 5 years’ experience in office administration / secretary gained from sizable company
  • Multi-tasking, strong organization skills and time management skills  
  • Mature, reliable and self-initiated
  • Proficient in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
