Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all rounded office administration works including but not limited to office maintenance, office supplies, office renovation, company functions & events, etc.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, responsible and able to multi-task
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer
