The incumbent will be responsible for providing support for office operations and coordination to the Group of Companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office administrative support, includes but not limited to office procurement, office pantry & facilities maintenance and fixed asset management
  • Maintain and update the telephone system record and mobile phone with sim card databases
  • Assist in office relocation and renovation project including monitoring and following up defects and reinstatement
  • Implement group administration policies and office procedures to ensure the proper flow of work throughout the premises and sites
  • Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Monitor and review their service qualities periodically
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizeable companies
  • Hands-on experience with track records in coordinating office relocation and renovation
  • A detail-minded, proactive and good team player
  • Customer oriented, goodcommunication and organizational skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
