Responsibilities:

  • Provide help desk customer services such as a/c opening, product & service guidance etc.;
  • Support settlement & dealing operation, such as data analysis handling & deposit/withdrawal reconciliation etc.;
  • Support business development and marketing events, such as assistant in documentation set up & marketing promotional materials etc.;
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.
  • 1 year or above working experience in the financial industry;
  • Good command of written and spoken Putonghua, English and Chinese;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
