Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process including job advertisement design, resumes screening, interview arrangement
  • Able to handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an office
  • Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Participate in office renovation and relocation project
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
