  • Perform full spectrum of professional office administration and HR services including payroll, MPF, recruitment and selection, performance management, reward strategies, employee relations, etc.
  • Formulate, review and implement office administration and HR policies and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks including all daily office activities such as purchase of stationery, office supplies, maintenance, purchase of office equipment
  • Source, monitor and review all vendor services and contracts
  • Participate in HR & Administration ad hoc projects



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid office administration and HR experience in a sizeable organization, experience working in financial services industry such as Securities Company and Asset Management is highly preferred
  • Proactive, independent and familiar with working in fast paced environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and HRMS
