Requirements:

  • Good numerical sense, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access & Power Point etc.) & Chinese Word Processing;

  • Book keeping and Account Knowledge preferable;

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill;

  • Assist to organize activities on some weekends and holidays, both outdoor and indoor;

  • Mature, independent, good team player with customer focused mindset;

  • Able to communicate with people at all levels.

     

    Candidates with less experience and lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer or more experience will be considered as Administration Executive.
