Responsibility

  • Handle full set of accounts including consolidation and daily accounting operations
  • Prepare fund transfer, bank payment, salary and MPF report
  • Liaise with relevant departments and PRC subsidiaries on accounts-related matters
  • Assist in preparing statutory audit and tax matters
  • Keep a proper audit control in regards to all banking documents, invoices and financial documentation
  • Coordinate with auditor, prepare various accounting schedules for year-end audit
  • Preparing monthly management reports and sales reports.
  • Responsible for daily general office administration matter and office operation

 

 

Requirement

  • LCC higher diploma in Accounting disciplines or above
  • At least 5 years' hands-on working experience
  • Experience in accounting and office administration field
  • Knowledge of full sets of accounts, AR and AP processing
  • Familiar in both HK and PRC accounting and financial requirements
  • Knowledge in Computer Using (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Proficiency in English, basic in Putonghua is preferable
  • Basic knowledge in IT network, shipping and declaration will be advantage
  • A good team player, self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented and responsible
  • Perform job with accuracy, able to work under pressure with a timely manner
