AIC is a multi-national and not-for-profit organization, specializing in academic internship programs. It is also a member of CIEE which has around 700 staff all over the world. In addition to internship placements and coordination, AIC provides all aspects of program development and management, along with relevant academic coursework. All of our programs are customized based on the needs of our university partners. Job Description

Are you interested in meeting young people from different countries and promoting international understandings? And would you like to have more international exposure to prepare yourself for the global job market? If your answers are positive, this job will fit your needs. In this job, you would have the chance to introduce the beautiful side of Hong  Kong to foreigners and network with senior executives from various industries.

Requirements

  • Out-going, confident personality and enjoy meeting people
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Efficient time management and conscientious in delivering on-time and quality work
  • Able to commit 2-3 days per week during office hour, and 1 weekend bi-weekly from Jun-Aug (for part-time position)
  • Prior experiences with organizing tours/activities in Hong Kong, education, social work, counselling, marketing or business development are added advantages.
  • Able to work in a small team environment and work independently
  • University students and Fresh graduates are also welcome

Job Duties

  • Promoting AIC Programs to potential employers via phone calls and emails (non-sales)
  • Co-planning and leading housing check-ins (if needed), orientation and tourist activities for foreign university students
  • Assisting in coordinating with service providers like housing, transport etc
  • Be on 24 hours phone call standby in case of students’ emergencies. 
  • Administrative: assisting in visa application, Data-entry, printing of materials, collection of materials, collation of evaluations etc
