Description

 

-perform general office administration duties like office supplies ordering, office maintenance and sourcing suppliers of general office supplies and stationary control

- Assisting in performing reception duties,

- Handle incoming calls, fax, emails and courier

- perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

- Responsible for preparing exhibition set up material and attend the local Jewelry shows

 

Requirement

. Min. 1 year relevant working experience in administration / secretarial support ;
. Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Able to handle multitask effectively and independently;
- Strong sense of responsibilities, work independently and self-motivated;
- Willing to learn and a good team player
- Immediate available is preferred.
