What this job involves:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities including office supplies procurement, operation, maintenance, business traveling, mail room service etc.
  • Acts as the key point of contact for internal facility management
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services arrangement
  • Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for cost efficiency of administrative functions
  • Assist in organizing company events, activities and functions
  • Assist in executing administration policies and procedure
  • Assist in supervising frontline staff including messengers, pantry helpers, etc.
