Responsibilities:

  • In charge of reception area, handling phone calls and guest greeting in professional manners;
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support;
  • Manage to implement effective internal and external activities;
  • Able to handle daily job record, data entry and manage filing system;
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or any other related disciplines or with secretarial training;
  • 1 year administrative experience in sizable company;
  • Able to work under pressure with strong organization skills;
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
  • Good telephone manner, mature, positive and self-motivated;
  • Fresh graduate will be consider;
  • Immediate available is preferable.
