Responsibilities:
- Perform administration support to the department
- Handle daily communications with suppliers
- Liaise with both internal and external parties
- Establish and maintain effective filing system for the department;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year experience in office administration
- Good command of written and spoken of Chinese, English & Mandarin
- Proficient in using MS office
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
