Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and courier arrangements, medical claims administration and enrollment, data entry, updating and filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc
  • Support daily sales and purchase activities, e.g. placing order and invoicing to customers, arranging payments to vendors and suppliers and ordering goods, weekly / monthly reporting to finance department, etc.
  • Responsible for sales & purchase transactions and inventory records
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Over 2 years working experience in office management and sales support, preferable in MNC companies.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Good communication, team-working & interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, highly organized, accurate, detailed mind and be able to work with minimal supervision.
