• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above
• 1-2 years work exp preferred
• Fresh graduates with a highly mature character are considered
• Strong computer skills, including being adept in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong multi-tasking ability & willing to work under pressure
• Calm, self-motivated, and positive personality
• Willing to learn
• Must be a team player with a great sense of responsibility
• Takes initiative and responsibility over own work
• Willingness to undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time (weekend events and weeknight events)
Responsibilities:
• To provide professional administrative and clerical support to account managers
• To assist with the administrative work involved in planning property events (venue reservation, guest registration, sales team material preparation, and other marketing planning support)
• To update property information on our online marketing platforms (including the corporate website, social media platforms, and property databases).
• To contact external parties to obtain market intelligence via cold calls and to update our relevant database.
• To assist with organising documents at the office.
• To complete miscellaneous assigned tasks
