Our client is an asset management and securities firm with HKSI 1, 4, 9. Headquartered in Beijing, this company is a fast growing and well-developing company which mainly focuses business in APAC. They are now looking for an administrative assistant to join their team.

Description

The Administrative Assistant will have below responsibilities:

  • Perform all round administration and receptionist duties
  • Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule and organize recreational activities for the office
  • Assist in providing support on daily administrative issues such as stationery ordering, office supply and equipment maintenance, etc
  • Assist HR operations including payroll processing, taxation and MPF

Profile

The successful candidate should have below requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above with minimum 3-year related experience
  • Broker firm experience will be an added advantage
  • Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well organized and independent in providing receptionist and administrative duties
  • Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in employment ordinance and other related Hong Kong ordinances
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
