Responsibilities:

  • Arrange tickets, hotels, visas, transport and other travel arrangement for staffs and customers
  • Prepare customers itineraries, welcome letters and visa letters
  • Keep company travel records and prepare reports as needed
  • Assist in other admin duties as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2-5 years relevant and solid experience
  • Post-secondary education with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Meticulous, flexible and good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a quick pace company
