The Job Description

  • Work closely with Operations Team Head in supporting administrative work
  • Handle and consolidate the administration tasks from Outlets and submit to the related departments
  • Prepare and consolidate the minutes after the regular meeting
  • Assist in e-procurement data entry and other operations in need
  • Assist in inventory control
  • Perform general clerical duties / work assigned by operations managers
  • Coordinate business / staff activities of GF&B operations team

The Requirement

  • Form 6 or above
  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant working experience in F&B industry
  • Experience in attendant system is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and detail-minded
  • Good command on both written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
