Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to operation or supporting teams at Head Office
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Invoices and expenses settlement
  • Other administrative duties such as filing, meeting coordination, preparing reports and memo etc.,

Requirements

  • DSE / Higher Diploma or above
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
