Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the sales team
  • Plan and execute corporate cinferences
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Assist with additional duties or assignments as assigned
  • Office maintenance and files organization
  • Assist with housekeeping duties and pantry stockings

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year sales assistant or administrative experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient IT skills - confident in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Sincere and willing to take up challenges
  • Detail-minded with strong organizational skills
