Responsibilities

  • To perform receptionist works, including handle phone calls, greeting of guests, maintain meeting room schedule, handle the courier documents etc.
  • To support office administrative functions & general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery & office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
  • Well-mannered, strong sense of responsibility & cooperative
  • Well-organized, good initiative, self-motivated, mature and cheerful 
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing
  • Immediately Available Preferred
