Job description and responsibilities:

  • Provide vital support to the team.
  • Mondays to Saturdays (Half Day and Alternative Saturdays)
  • Handle Order processing, Act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries.
  • Act as an extension of the team when representatives (Sales Executive/ Technicians) are away from the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and Correspondence, alerting representatives to any urgent issues.
  • Regular update representatives on order status/ delivery details
  • Arrange appointments for the individuals and supply any presentation or product information.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/ subcontractors
  • Process orders by telephone, email or mail.
  • Must check that orders include the correct prices, discounts, product numbers and spec.
  • To maintain the momentum of delivery, adminstrators communicate with manufacturing and logistics departments to agree on delivery dates and deal with the technical department to resolve any product or technical queries.
  • Maintain sales records and update customer records regularly.

 

Job Requirements/ Skills:

  • At least high school graduate with experience in administrative office work. (1-2 years experience)
  • Well spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Alternative Saturdays
  • Require Travelling to Macau or China (according to Job needs)
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Good communicators
  • Good Clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills. (Microsoft Word, Dynamic, Excel)
  • Previous experience in F&B industry is a plus.
  • Willing to learn
  • Previous experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment is a plus
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Able to handle stress
  • Able to meet deadline
